UK-backed investment helps list a Kenyan industrial property trust

On 11 March 2026 the British High Commission Nairobi announced the Nairobi Securities Exchange listing of an industrial real-estate investment trust linked to Africa Logistics Properties. The UK MOBILIST programme and Private Infrastructure Development Group had supported the financing. The development aims to expand warehouse capacity and access to investment capital in Kenya.
